Item you want not in stock? Never fear. As long as it's coming back, you'll be able to pre-order it and as soon as it arrives at our warehouse, we'll send it straight off to you. Need it by a particular date? Check the estimated date of arrival and make sure there'll be enough time. In this section, we've put together a few questions you might have about pre-orders.

Q. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER, AND HOW CAN I MAKE ONE?
A. For your convenience, we offer a pre-order service on all items currently out of stock, as long as they're scheduled to be re-stocked at our warehouse at a future date. If an item is available for pre-order, this will be clearly marked on the item's page, along with the estimated date for arrival of the new shipment. If you'd like to place an order for this item, you'll be able to add it to your basket and proceed through checkout and payment as normal. The item will be dispatched as soon as possible once the new shipment arrives at our warehouse. You'll receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order and a second, dispatch confirmation e-mail as soon as the item is on its way to you.
IMPORTANT: Please note that items which have been pre-ordered are only reserved for you once full payment has been successfully received.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CONTAINS BOTH PRE-ORDERED AND IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE ITEMS?
A. If you purchase a mixture of pre-order and immediately available items, we'll normally send your item thats in stock first and the pre-order as soon as it's ready. This will be as soon as the shipment containing your pre-ordered item arrives at our warehouse.
Q. I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT A PRE-ORDER, CAN I CANCEL?
A. We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may no longer wish to wait for a pre-ordered item to come back into stock. As a result, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund including any postage costs as long as the item has not yet been processed for dispatch. If you decide to cancel a pre-order, please contact us with your name and order ID (you'll find this on your original order confirmation e-mail) and we'll get it sorted for you. Please be advised that refunds will not apply to personalised items (such as numberplates) which have already been especially prepared for you, or to any part of an order which has already been dispatched.
